How to Use The Mouth Guard?
1. Heat the water to about 75-80 degrees.
2. Put the mouth guard in the water.
3. Soak in water for about 30 seconds.
4:Recommend: sipping water before putting in the mouthguard to moisten your mouth.
5. Put the mouthguard into your mouth, adjust the guard to a comfortable position, bite the teeth, and squeeze the upper lip by hand to make the guard fit the teeth.
6. Put in cold water for shaping.
