Men's 1940s 50s Tuxedo - Large Size Black Wool Mens Formal Wear Jacket Trousers

Description

This fine tuxedo is a mid-century men's classic, made of superior fabrics and meticulously hand finished. The jacket is a handsome single-breasted affair with a silk satin peak lapel, two waist pockets, and a half-lining with bound interior seams.
Matching pant has satin stripes to the sides, a flat front with coin pocket, and welt pockets in back. It has invisible pockets behind the satin stripes and slightly tapered hems. Has buttons outside the waist for suspenders. Late 40s to early 50s.
Black cummerbund shown is included, but is not as old as the suit itself.

Barely worn and very nice overall, the jacket's center back seam has been let out a bit, pant hems have been taken up but original hem length is intact inside
