Sharp! VTG 1970s Lubiam Italy Fleck Wool Tweed Suit 36

Description

A fabulous vintage 1970s Italian suit! Medium weight wool suit in brown and white with large flecks of brown, white and orange. Wide lapels and large patch pocket at each hip with welt pocket at chest. Closes at front with 2 shell buttons. Fully lined in satin-y acetate.
Matching flat front slacks with sharp crease down the front and slightly flared shape. Slacks have never been worn and will need hemmed as they are still factory finished. Jacket and slacks maintain paper sizing info tag-suit is in excellent condition and I don’t think it was ever worn. Pocket of suit contained a small bag with two scraps of fabric and some binding of sorts. The only ‘flaw’ is that there is no where the waistband tab to close-no button, or button hole or hooks.
Labelled ‘Confezionato per C.J.M.A. Di Jannelli,Prato’. A second label says ‘Made in Italy by Lubiam, Lana’.
