Vintage 1970's Men's Blue Pinstriped Wool Two-Piece Suit Business Retro Striped

This listing is for a vintage 1970's men's blue wool two-piece suit.
The suit is made from a very fine dark blue pinstriped wool. The jacket is has a conservative 70's cut with medium-width lapels and pocket flaps, high gorge and three-button front. The front of the jacket has three marbled blue synthetic buttons with three per cuff. It is partially lined in a blue synthetic fabric and the shoulders are stiffened. The trousers are straight-leg in cut and do not have cuffs. They close at the front via an internal button and tab, metal hook-and-eye closure and synthetic zipper. The waist, crotch and pockets are lined in black cotton.
Both pieces are in used - but very good - condition. They are somewhat wrinkled from storage, however, we laundered much of this out and a good pressing should have this suit looking like brand new!
The jacket bears the brand, region of origin, seller, owner information label (which was left blank), fabric origin, laundering, and 1970's Union labels.
No size appears to be marked on either piece. Our measurements are as follow:
